DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Peforms
a variety of tasks which include but are not limited to the following: Peforms general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, trash
disposal, window washing, picking up trash and paper from designated areas,
pulls weeds, rakes, and cuts grass. Will also clean and restock restrooms. Checks carwash for proper operation, reports problems to supervisor, ensures carwash soap,wax,
and cleaner containers are at proper levels. Assists
customers when they have problems with carwash. Loads and unloads heavy
containers, bulky supplies and materials to and from trucks. Moves
heavy containers by hand, handtruck, or dolly.
Runs domestic type powered lawnmowers, when this does not require heavy
physical effort (for example, on steep grades). May perform
duties requiring use of tools and equipment such as handtruck,
rake, brush, brooms and mop, etc. Peforms
other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Practical knowledge and skills in the use of small power
equipment and facilities. Knowledge of proper use of hand
tools and equipment. Must have drivers license.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
